Multiwave Photonics has appointed Photon Lines of Oxfordshire, UK, as its exclusive distributor for all products in the UK and Ireland. Created in May 2003, Photon Lines Ltd is a new distribution company selling value added solutions into the UK and Ireland optics markets. The focus of the company is towards low light level, high speed vision and imaging applications in the fields of machine vision, bio-medical, military, semiconductor and in scientific research. The founders of the company both previously worked for Photonetics (a pan-European and US photonics distributor and manufacturer, and a key player in industry and scientific research).
